Requirements of Cobb County probation officers

  • Minimum age is 21
  • Georgia driver’s license
  • U.S. citizen
  • Have no prior felony convictions

The Cobb County Superior Court also has a non-paid Volunteer Probation Officer program. Applicants must be 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED certificate, and have no criminal record.
